Who we are
ManuFind is built by Clover Ridge Technologies, a technology consulting company founded in 2020 and based in Atlanta, Georgia. We design, build and run software and cloud systems for organizations across industries — web and mobile applications, cloud architecture on AWS, GCP and Azure, DevOps automation, and security. Along the way we've built and managed 100+ applications for 50+ customers and handled migrations at real scale — including moving 50+ healthcare applications serving more than 200,000 patients onto modern, cost-efficient infrastructure with zero downtime.
ManuFind is our own product. It grew directly out of that consulting work — and out of one problem we kept running into, in every industry we served.
Why we built ManuFind
The knowledge that makes an organization good at what it does is scattered — across drives, inboxes, file cabinets, and the heads of a few key people. When those people get busy, or move on, that knowledge goes with them. New hires repeat old mistakes, simple questions turn into archaeology, and work quietly slows down.
ManuFind is our answer. Point it at the documents you already have — contracts, reports, SOPs, spec sheets, drawings, decks, even decades-old scans — and it reads every one (using OCR for scanned paper and photos), classifies and links them, and turns the whole library into a single, AI-powered memory. Anyone on your team can search by keyword or by what a document looks like, or simply ask a question in plain language and get an answer grounded in your own documents, with the source cited. It can even generate new work — quotes, invoices and reports — from the data already in your library, and connect to the tools your documents already live in like Confluence, GitHub, Google Drive and OneDrive.

Clover Ridge offers a bulk scanning service: hand us your boxes, binders and drives and we'll scan, OCR and load them into ManuFind for you, so even decades-old records become fully searchable. You focus on the work — we'll get your history online.
