ManuFind is operated by Clover Ridge Technologies. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details you provide (name, work email, company).
- Documents and data you upload so we can index and search them for you.
- Usage and diagnostic data to operate and improve the service.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, process your documents, respond to requests, and meet legal obligations. We never sell your data, and your documents are never used to train public AI models.
Where it's processed
ManuFind runs on AWS. Your content is encrypted in transit and at rest and is isolated per customer. AI features run on Amazon Bedrock within our cloud environment.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Contact us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
