These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ManuFind, provided by Clover Ridge Technologies. By using ManuFind you agree to them.
Your account
You're responsible for your account, your users, and the content you upload, and for keeping credentials secure.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or other customers' isolation, and no reselling without agreement.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service for you (storing, processing and indexing your documents).
Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed per your subscription. Usage beyond plan limits may be subject to fair-use overage as described on our pricing page.
Availability & changes
We work to keep ManuFind available and may update features over time. The service is provided "as is" during the pilot period.
